How enquiries are handled

Toby Williams Digital is the working name used by Oluwatobi Oyero for independent marketing services in South Yorkshire. When you submit the enquiry form, the details you provide (name, email, business name, service interest and message) are processed to respond to your enquiry and discuss requested services.

Form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify, our website hosting and form service provider. Information is not sold or used for unsolicited mailing lists. Only provide information needed for your enquiry.

Legal basis and retention

The intended UK GDPR legal basis is legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, or steps requested before entering a contract, as applicable. Enquiries will be reviewed and deleted when no longer needed for the enquiry or associated legal obligations.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law. Use the contact form to make a privacy request and include “Privacy request” in your message. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Site hosting

Netlify may process technical data required to host and secure the website. See Netlify’s own privacy information for details of its practices.
